Ingredients

  • 200 g shiitake fresh ecological or 30 g of dehydrated shiitake
  • 250ml of liquid cream
  • 30-40g of sugar
  • 2 oranges
  • 200 ml of milk

Elaboration

If you have opted for fresh shiitake, before starting the elaboration, moisten it without soaking it to enhance its natural aroma. Then wear it with your hand in pieces. If you opt for dehydrated Shiitake, hydrasty it 24 hours before cooking it. Prepare a pan with a splash of olive oil, add the shiitake and remove.
